Thank you for stopping by to view my images. I am a Native New Englander and call Cape Cod, Massachusetts my home. I remember my first experience in a darkroom when I was just 14 years old, right then and there my passion for photography was born. I was totally astonished how placing this sheet of photographic paper in a liquid developed into an image right before my eyes. I knew that maybe, someday I would have my own darkroom.

Along my life's journey I never let go of my dream to shoot professionally. In 1997 while studying to be a Nurse I was given as a gift my first professional SLR camera. Over the years I have accrued quite a collection from my travels throughout New England and abroad. I am so proud to be the Sole Proprietor of 'Drawing With Light Photography' and designed my own website in 2006 (www.dwl-photog.com). There I offer professional family and senior portraits, headshots, pets, weddings and fine arts. I take my cameras with me everywhere I go, seeking out and capturing images that escape most of us. I dont look at the world in the same way as others, every person, every place and everything I see is a treasure to be captured in an image I have created. I love bringing the beauty of this world we all live in back to you, forever frozen in time.

PS :) I did get that darkroom and relived my days as a young girl with photography dreams, except this time I was the teacher!!
